Paid Time Off (PTO)

HSA Bank recognizes the importance of helping employees balance their professional life and personal responsibilities. Our PTO program helps meet their needs for time away from work by offering up to 16 days for non-exempt and 21 days for exempt employees.

Holidays

HSA Bank is closed for the following holidays:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

Employees receive an additional five floating holidays to use at their discretion.

Tuition Reimbursement

HSA Bank reimburses employees for the cost of tuition incurred for a job-related degree program at an accredited college or university.

Wellness Program

HSA Bank reimburses or makes additional HSA contributions to those employees that complete a health risk assessment, exercise regularly, join a health club, participate in a disease management program, or successfully complete a smoking cessation or weight management program.

Employee Assistance Program

HSA Bank provides employees and their immediate family members with access to confidential counseling and referral services.

Time Away for Community Service

HSA Bank encourages employees to be active within the community. To help employees, HSA Bank provides 4 hours on a quarterly basis for employees to participate in community activities during business hours.
