Client Assistance Center

Our Client Assistance Center staff is responsible for fielding, researching, resolving and responding to the inquiries of our accountholders. Several common types of inquiries our Client Assistance Center staff receives are in regards to our Internet Banking system, debit cards, general HSA information, account opening, balances, transactions and legislative information.

Business Relations

Our Business Relations staff is responsible for fielding, researching, resolving and responding to the inquiries of our business relationships, which include agents/brokers and employers. Several common types of inquiries our Business Relations staff receives are in regards to general HSA information, account opening, how to sign up as a business partner, legislative information and questions from individual accountholders.

Account Management

Our Account Managers focus on national accounts and fully-integrated business relationships. They provide a high level of proactive customer service for these relationships while overseeing all aspects of their implementation and integration. As a part of their process, our Account Managers conduct implementation meetings to discuss enrollment methods, contribution methods and other HSA administration items. Account Managers are responsible for maximizing business relationships. They examine opportunities to improve program design, develop education initiatives and enhance consumer awareness.

Business Development and Sales

Our Business Development and Sales teams are focused on acquiring new business partners and leveraging market opportunities to increase sales and account penetration rates. Responsibilities include: obtaining new partner relationships, giving sales presentations, providing training and education, negotiating contracts, determining how to leverage relationships, and serving as a regional presence for HSA Bank.

Operations

Our Operations Department is responsible for the daily processing, monitoring and research surrounding: enrollments, deposits, mail processing, document scanning, tax corrections, orders, business partner set-ups, ACH processing, and other operational functions. Staff must have a high orientation to detail, efficiency and process improvement.

Information Technology (IT)

IT - Systems Development
Our IT - Systems Development staff is responsible for the design, development and support of our many in-house applications. The applications include our customer and client websites, internal customer support tools, web services and partner integrations.

IT - Operations Department
The IT - Operations Department is composed of our Network Team, Helpdesk Team and Disaster Recovery Team.

The Network Team maintains the servers and the data stored on those servers. The Network Team also ensures the network is available to employees. The Disaster Recovery team works in tandem with the Network Team to ensure HSA Bank’s systems and applications would be available in the case of a small or large scale disaster.

The Helpdesk Team maintains and assists employees regarding IT hardware, which includes desktop and laptop computers (plus the programs used on the computers), phones, printers and fax machines. The Helpdesk Team works with employees to resolve issues.

Professional Services

In addition to the core departments, HSA Bank has teams for marketing, accounting & finance, continuous improvement, compliance and legal which provide services to the organization and its customers.
