Medical Benefits

HSA Bank has multiple health plan options, including two HSA-compatible options for eligible dependents and domestic partners.

Health Savings Account (HSA)

HSA Bank contributes to the HSAs of employees who choose one of the HSA-compatible health plan options.

Dental

HSA Bank provides dental coverage though Delta Dental. A majority of the premium cost is paid for by HSA Bank.

Vision Discounts

Employees enrolled in any of our Medical plans receive a free annual vision screening, as well as discounts at thousands of participating providers throughout the country.

Basic Life Insurance

HSA Bank pays 100% of the premium for life insurance coverage equal to that employee’s annual base salary.

Supplemental & Dependent Life Insurance

HSA Bank employees may elect to purchase additional life insurance coverage for themselves or purchase life insurance coverage for eligible dependents.

Short & Long-Term Disability

We offer short and long term disability programs for full-time employees after six months of continuous, active employment.
