Welcome kit

Within 14 business days of your health plan start date, you’ll receive your HSA welcome kit in the mail. This kit includes an overview of your new HSA and other helpful information.

Debit card

Your HSA Bank Health Benefits Debit Card will arrive in a separate mailing from your welcome kit within 14 days of your health plan start date. Your debit card makes it easy to access the money in your HSA once it’s open and funded.
