Chad Wilkins, Executive Vice President of Webster Bank and President of HSA Bank
Chad Wilkins serves as an Executive Vice President of Webster Bank and President of HSA Bank where he is responsible for leading the organization and its people toward sustainable growth well into the future. Chad joined HSA Bank in 2014, bringing with him more than 25 years of experience in the banking and health insurance industries. Chad has a consistent history of achievement in sales leadership, relationship management, product management, P&L leadership, and employee engagement throughout his roles as President of The Wilkins Group, his own consulting practice specializing in healthcare and financial services, Chief Executive Officer of Optum Health Financial Services, and Senior Vice President, Commercial Large Markets at US Bank. Chad’s background of managing multi-million dollar P&Ls and aggressive growth targets to deliver revenue and profit improvement, his proven ability to create, retain, and lead teams in fast-paced, high stress environments, and his knowledge of financial services and healthcare financial systems and technology position him as a well-rounded business leader equipped to lead HSA Bank, its members, and its employees into the next generation of financial healthcare. Chad earned his bachelor's degree in political science from Lehigh University.

Tim Patneaude, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
Tim Patneaude serves as Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer responsible for leading strategic planning efforts to help accelerate business transformation processes and overseeing the Bank's Operational team including staff in Operations, Call Center, Information Technology, and Project Management. Tim joined HSA Bank in 2015 as the company's Senior Vice President and Director of Information Technology and Project Management. Previously, in his role as Executive Vice President, Chief Information Officer and Chief Operating Officer with Wausau Financial Systems (WFS), Tim established infrastructure architecture and an IT services model to engage with internal stakeholders. Prior to his work at WFS, Tim held executive IT management positions with Metavante, where he transformed the IT organization by leading the implementation of an information life cycle management methodology and introducing the Six Sigma quality methodology to his division. With over 25 years of experience managing large-scale IT projects and teams, including software development and implementation servicing commercial, financial, and public sector markets, Tim plays an important role in contributing to the company's goals while building a culture of cooperation and partnership across the entire organization. Tim earned his BA in management information systems from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
Greg Madar, Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Greg Madar serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for HSA Bank where he has overall responsibility for HSA’s finance and accounting functions, which includes financial performance analysis, budget and planning, and controllership. He joined HSA Bank in May 2017 with more than two decades of corporate financial management experience in corporate tax, merger and acquisitions, regulatory reporting, and accounting policy. Greg joined Webster Bank in January 1995 where he served in various leadership roles, including Tax Manager, Assistant Controller, Controller, and then Chief Accounting Officer. During his tenure, Greg built Webster’s Corporate Tax Department, supported mergers and acquisitions through bank and non-bank transactions, and played an important role in the Chief Financial Officer’s Group. Prior to Webster, he served as a tax manager for KPMG, among other various positions at regional accounting firms. Greg earned his bachelor’s degree in accounting from Fairfield University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a member of the American Institute of CPAs.

Kevin Robertson, Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO)
Kevin Robertson serves as Senior Vice President, Chief Revenue Officer, where he is responsible for leading the growth strategy and organization at HSA Bank. Kevin has worked for HSA Bank since 2015, and has more than 20 years of experience in banking, insurance, and financial services. Kevin helped HSA Bank surpass more than $5 billion in assets and 2 million members by 2016. His background covers a variety of sales, business development, and operational roles and spans a diverse spectrum of employee benefit services. In addition to his tenure as a banking executive, Kevin was also a self-employed business owner for 12 years, managing a large insurance operation with more than 25 separate agency locations, and he was a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Registered Representative and Principal for eight years. Kevin is a recognized expert and well-known figure in the consumer-directed healthcare industry, especially for his legislative and regulatory efforts as Compliance Committee Chairman of the American Bankers Association HSA Council. He earned his bachelor's degree from Marquette University.
Stephanie Meyer, Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
Stephanie Meyer joined the HSA Bank team in 2019 as Senior Vice President, Chief Marketing Officer. She oversees the Bank’s marketing strategy, including advertising and branding, public relations, customer outreach, and marketing services. As a seasoned marketing executive, Stephanie leads the Marketing team to raise brand awareness and maximize growth for the Bank. She brings more than 20 years of experience in healthcare and financial services. After 10 years at GE Healthcare, she left her role as Head of Global Marketing Operations to join Connecture as their first Chief Marketing Officer. There, she led the company’s rebrand and created significant growth through innovative acquisition and retention campaigns. Stephanie was part of the executive team that took the company private. After the successful sale of the company, she ran her own consulting firm, where she worked with clients such as the AMA to develop marketing strategies and business plans. Stephanie majored in corporate communications at Simpson College.
Ed Seaver, Senior Vice President, Director of Relationship Management
Ed Seaver joined HSA Bank in 2017 as Senior Vice President, Director of Relationship Management. Based in Connecticut, he manages a team to effectively drive an optimized experience for customers, cultivates market-leading relationships with key partners, and maximizes knowledge sharing with business stakeholders. Ed brings a deep understanding of the employer and payer landscapes spending more than a decade with MasterCard, where he was recognized as the 2008 Global Sales Champion and 2007 Coach of the Year for Global Key Accounts. Most recently, he worked for First Data as Regional General Manager and Strategic Account Team Leader, where he oversaw a client relationship team with profit and loss responsibility. He is the holder of two U.S. patents for inventing a new payment processing methodology. Ed majored in electrical engineering at the New Jersey Institute of Technology/Rutgers University.
Charlotte Kienbaum, Senior Vice President, Director of Partner Services
Charlotte Kienbaum serves as the Senior Vice President, Director of Partner Services responsible for satisfaction of our strategic partner and employer channel including service health monitoring, reporting, and the onboarding and integration experience for all relationships. Charlotte joined HSA Bank in 2005 as the Vice President of Operations and has served as Senior Vice President and Director of Operations leading the strategic and tactical initiatives in monetary operations and call center areas, budgeting, contractual review, tax reporting, card processing, customer service, and workforce development. Charlotte had executive responsibility for the acquisition and migration of the JP Morgan Chase HSA book of business, including the integration of multiple complex health plan relationships, doubling the size of our business. With 24 plus years of experience in retail banking, lending, relationship management, branch operations, and financial modeling combined with her leadership and management strategy experience, Charlotte is a critical partner to our customers, ensuring the service health and satisfaction of our largest health plans and employers. Charlotte holds a BA in accounting from Lakeland University and is a certified public accountant (CPA).
Jason Kessler, Senior Vice President, Director of Product Management
Jason Kessler joined HSA Bank in 2015 and is responsible for overall product management, strategy, and innovation. The majority of Jason's career has been spent developing and managing products related to consumer-driven healthcare (CDH), including over 15 years of healthcare and spending account experience with J.P. Morgan, United Healthcare's Optum division, and WellPoint. Having background developing products for both health insurance companies and financial institutions has allowed Jason to gain unique perspective on the healthcare issues affecting employers and employees and develop solutions that matter most to our customers. He holds a BA from the University at Buffalo and an MBA from the Lubin School of Business at Pace University.
Laurie Hanke, Senior Vice President, Director of Member Services
Laurie Hanke serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Member Services, where she leads HSA Bank’s Client Assistance Center and Operations by implementing strategies to ensure that every member interaction is a positive experience. Laurie joined HSA Bank in 2016 as Senior Vice President, Director of Enterprise Risk Management, where she led execution of the Bank's risk program. Prior to joining HSA Bank, she served as Risk and Operations Director at FIS overseeing the Digital Money Movement platforms. In her prior role, Laurie was instrumental in developing and executing risk management initiatives and driving operational risk maturity. She has over 25 years of experience in retail banking and financial technology services. Laurie earned a bachelor’s in psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Antony D'Cruz, Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technology (IT) and Project Management (PMO)
Antony D'Cruz serves as Senior Vice President, Director of Information Technology (IT) and Project Management (PMO) at HSA Bank. He oversees organizational technology capabilities and is responsible for software development, IT infrastructure, PMO, and IT governance. Antony joined HSA Bank in 2018, bringing with him more than 20 years of global IT leadership experience. He previously worked at Johnson Controls for 15 years, where he held various IT leadership positions, including Vice President of the IT – Separation Management Office and Vice President of IT – Systems, Service NA, Building Efficiency, and Vice President, Global IT – Power Solutions. Antony oversaw one of the largest business transformation programs in Johnson Controls’ history and developed an overall business unit IT strategy for the company. He holds an MBA from the University of Michigan and a bachelor’s degree in computer sciences from Western Michigan University.
Mary Dingeldein, Senior Vice President, Director of HR
Mary Dingeldein serves as Senior Vice President, Director of HR, where she is focused on aligning culture, organizational structure, and talent with business strategies. Mary joined the HSA Bank team in 2018 with more than 18 years of experience in HR, where she leveraged organizational communication strategies and employee performance programs that advanced profitability. She worked for six years in HR leadership roles with Guaranty Bank, a division of First Citizens Bank, which operated 120 offices in five states, including Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Minnesota, and Georgia. Prior to this, she worked for 12 years as HR Director for Versant, a marketing and communications firm, where she fostered employee engagement, developed strategic recruitment processes, and formalized a learning and development program. Mary earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Patrick Morrell, Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager
Patrick Morrell serves as Vice President, Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&&A) Manager for HSA Bank. He leads business profitability by providing analytics to ensure that business operations align with the Bank’s strategic goals. Patrick joined the HSA Bank team in 2018, bringing with him over 10 years of experience as an FP&A leader for organizations such as GE Healthcare and GE Capital, where he drove teams to prepare quarterly and annual financial forecasts and results. Previously, Patrick held various finance and accounting positions at Johnson Controls, Robert W. Baird, and PricewaterhouseCoopers. Patrick holds a master’s degree and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and he is also a certified public accountant (CPA).
