New Users

Set up your online account and create login credentials

  1. Go to the Member Website.

  2. Click New user? Create login.

  3. Fill in the fields and click Next.

    • If you have multiple accounts you may need to select which account you want to log in to.

  4. Click Send Verification Code.

    • You can change how you get the code. The information on file for your account determines your options: email, text, voice call or data entry. View your options under Need Another Way To Log In?

  5. Enter the code and click Verify.

  6. Verify your email address and click Next.

    • You may need to verify your email address a second time if you used text, voice call or data entry to get the verification code in step 3, or if you changed your email address in step 6.

  7. Fill in the fields to create a username and password and click Submit.

Existing Users

Access your login credentials

You must have an email address on file to reset your username and password. If you don’t have an email address on file, call the number on the back of your debit card.

If you need to access both your username and password, retrieve your username first.

How to retrieve your username

  1. Go to the Member Website.

  2. Click Forgot username?

  3. Fill in the fields and click Next.

You’ll get an email with your username.

If you don’t get an email, call the number on the back of your debit card.


 

How to reset your password

  1. Go to the Member Website.

  2. Click Forgot password?

  3. Enter your username and click Request Temporary Password. You’ll get an email with a temporary password to enter on the login page.

  4. Enter the temporary password and your username and click Sign in.

  5. Next click Send me the code. You’ll get another email.

  6. Enter the code and click Verify.

  7. Fill in the fields and click Change Password.

 

Call the number on the back of your debit card if you don’t get an email.

If you accessed your account for the first time through a different site (like your insurance provider or another employer-sponsored benefits site), the steps above will work to create a username and password to access your account directly at HSA Bank.
