Make a Trade Through TD Ameritrade
Access your TD Ameritrade account 24/7 online at the TD Ameritrade website or through TD Ameritrade's Interactive Voice Response system at (866) 766-4015. This number can also be used to reach TD Ameritrade representatives.
Website Trades - Your brokerage account number will be provided in your TD Ameritrade Welcome Kit. A separate mailing will be sent with your PIN. The first time you go to TD Ameritrade's secure trading website and log in, enter your brokerage account number and PIN. You will be prompted to create a username and password. All trading can be done via this site at your convenience.
Telephone Trades - Call TD Ameritrade at (866) 766-4015 to place a trade over the phone. TD Ameritrade's interactive telephone system will guide you through the quote and order process. Instructions for the telephone system can be found in your TD Ameritrade Welcome Kit. You may also download instructions for using this system at the TD Ameritrade website.
Broker Trades - Call TD Ameritrade at (866) 766-4015 and select the option to speak with a broker. Brokers are available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Central Time.
